Gwen Jones has been on the Antioch faculty since 1987, and has administrative as well as teaching responsibilities. She is primarily interested in the study of racial and gender stereotypes, the psychological impacts of sexual coercion and racial discrimination, and the application of cultural and ethnic understanding to the counseling process.
